Department: Clinical Informatics

Position Status: Full-Time Temporary

Temporary Contract End Date: September 2025

HOURS OF WORK:

The stated hours of work are approximate as schedules are subject to change with the operational needs of the Health Centre. Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Clinical Application Analyst is an integral member of the Clinical Informatics team, providing application expertise to help optimize the system and associated workflows. The Analyst will work in collaboration with the PRHC leadership team, staff, physicians, Central East Regional Team and Epic in translating system/application options, configurations and workflows in a manner that assists teams and individuals to utilize the system safely and effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Project Management preferred
  • Epic certification (trainer or builder level) in at least one application required
  • PMP preferred, but not required.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2+ years implementation and build experience with Epic
  • Experience in workflow design and documentation, system configuration and testing
  • Strong project management skills and experience.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility with respect to changing timelines and delivery methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships while resolving issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to reprioritize tasks.
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
