Job Description

Set up and test network systems, support engineers, and keep operationssmooth-tech experience, Japanese, and some English required, with shift work

Description

・Perform configuration and testing of circuits across various network platforms

・Coordinate with field engineers for service activation and end-to-end testing

・Add or remove network elements from management systems as required

・Update network management systems and databases in real time

・Ensure quality standards, KPI compliance, and on-time delivery

・Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams

・Develop skills to handle complex network solution deliveries

・Deliver customer orders accurately and as per specifications

Profile

・relevant industry experience

・Fluency in Japanese and conversational English.

・Strong knowledge of vendor-based hardware

・Proficiency in using various transmission testers

・Proficient in MS Office tools

・Technical or engineering background, preferably in a related field.

・Relevant networking certifications are an added advantage.
