Description

* Prepare and oversee monthly closing reports for the business line.
* Reconcile bank balances and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
* Issue and deliver client invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
* Validate and process supplier invoices and payments, adhering to company protocols.
* Manage treasury functions and monitor available funds for the Japan entity.
* Ensure accurate bookkeeping aligned with Japan's local chart of accounts.
* Oversee tax filings and maintain effective communication with external tax advisors.

Profile

A successful Accountant/Senior Accountant should have:

* Prior experience in a finance or accounting-related role.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills in Excel.es.
* Good analytical and organizational abilities.
* Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
* Immediate availability is a plus, considering current business demands.
* Business-level proficiency in English or Spanish is highly valued.
* Regular communication with the company's headquarters is expected.
