Job Description

Our company operates within the waste industry, providing innovative solutions for liquid waste management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized logistics coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders, ensuring all shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, strong business communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders, prepare and submit purchase orders (POs), and arrange shipments
• Manage logistics and shipment arrangements to streamline operations
• Prepare and provide quotations for clients, including verifying transportation rates and scheduling
• Coordinate cross-border and international shipments, ensuring all necessary customs and shipping documents are prepared
• Track and manage order status, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Organize and distribute product samples to clients upon request
• Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and source new logistics partners to optimize shipping costs, delivery times, and service quality
• Collaborate with the operations manager and other internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma or equivalent in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in logistics and shipment coordination, with a strong understanding of preparing necessary shipping and customs documents
• Strong business communication skills, with the ability to deliver precise shipment statuses and understand customers' needs
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and shipments simultaneously
• Self-discipline and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset
