This MTC provides training support to National Guard units in the Central states (IN, MI, OH, WV, VA, KY, TN, NC, SC). We are seeking a **Site Manager** to support National Guard Bureau unit training under the **Mission Command Training Support Program** contract. You will lead a multifaceted team to provide Simulations Training for National Guard units at the MTC or unit Armory **HOW THE SITE MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:** + Lead a multifaceted, multi-hatted team comprised of Operations, Logistics, Administration, Cyber Security, Simulations, Networking and Mission Command Information Systems to provide training focused to achieve TUC TOs + Interact with the Government Director to perform daily operations and exercise support + Understand the process of Simulation-Stimulation to achieve TUC TOs using a variety of simulation systems and models + Understand the process of synchronizing Live-Virtual-Constructive training to stress TUCs at the brigade level and higher **WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** + BA/BS or higher + 10 years supervisor experience + MEL 4 + Secret + BN/BDE Command or S-3 **GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:** + Flex work may be available following extended exercise events and based upon mission requirements + 401K with company match + Comprehensive health and wellness packages + Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career + Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications + Cutting-edge technology you can learn from + Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays The likely salary range for this position is $112,967 - $152,837. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
